1 - INPUT
You provide the available 3D renders, along with any additional information about the property. You can even describe the type of character you want to present your project.
2 - CREATION
Our creative team takes over from here. We begin by writing a custom script, crafted by real filmmakers who understand storytelling and emotion. Our team uses custom-built AI prompts and software to bring the static images to life, after which we integrate a presenter. We then edit everything into a complete film — optionally tailored to your own branding. The film is edited to a fitting soundtrack, and we add sound effects to create a fully immersive experience.
3 - DELIVERY
Within 5 business days, you’ll receive your finished film, ready to be shared with the world. It has never been easier to give viewers a true sense of a property that doesn’t exist yet.

What do you need from us to start a project?
What we need from you is simple: the best 3D renders you have of the project. Based on these, we create the shot list. The more renders you provide, the better the result. We also welcome any descriptions or specific details you’d like us to highlight in the film.
How long does it take to create a film or walkthrough?
Our standard delivery time is 5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Do you need your project sooner? For an additional fee, we offer fast delivery within 48 hours.
Do you create the 3D models, or do we need to provide them?
We do not create 3D models. However, we can optimize the ones you provide — similar to our Sketch-to-Reality option. You supply the renders, and we bring everything together, transforming them into a cohesive, lifelike visual experience.
Can I choose what type of character I would like to show my object?
Yes! You can fully decide how you want your presenter to look. Simply give us the best possible description.
Please note: the videos are presented by a group of similar AI-generated presenter types — essentially a “team” that represents your project. Current AI technology cannot produce the exact same individual consistently across videos, so we work with a recognizable presenter group instead.
